DESCRIPTION
A Client Service Specialist, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide analysis and support recommendations for the Client Service Team, supporting internal retail-driven initiatives and external client reporting and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Organizes and analyzes data from available data sources to support retail reporting, projects & initiatives
+ Manage deliverables and requests for assigned client to include Retail Link Analysis, coverage/merchandising objectives, and other client projects
+ As assigned, create analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects
+ Deliver retail analysis presentations to both internal and external contacts
+ Develop standard templates & scorecards for reporting retail initiatives and projects
+ Meeting the physical requirements
+ Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Work Experience:
+ Associates Degree Required
+ Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
+ Five years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
+ Microsoft Office
+ Proficient in Retail Link & IRI and or ACNielsen Systems
+ Strong verbal & written Communication Skills
+ Ability to present analysis to groups internal & external
