S alary position offering a 4-day workweek.

Essential Functions:

+ Monitor Team Member’s safety, quality, and productivity performance and attendance.

+ Schedules production for Team Member’s to ensure customer requirements are met.

+ Works with Sales, Purchasing, and General Manager to acknowledge orders in a timely, accurate manner.

+ Ensure that all Finishing Department Team Members perform their duties in accordance with policies and procedures.

+ Controls master samples and controlled documents for department’s manufacturing processes.

+ Hire new Team Members when required and ensure that all training is being performed.

+ Handles departmental personnel issues.

+ Identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement efforts.

+ Promote team efforts in developing and implementing effective solutions.

+ Perform leadership functions in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values Statement to create a culture that supports the long-term sustainability of the Company.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

+ This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining direct reports; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education & Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED required; Associates preferred.

+ 5 years’ proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Effective communication, organizational, leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Must be proficient with computers.

+ Strong math skills.

+ Must be able to multi-task.

+ This position is deemed a safety sensitive position always requiring alertness.

+ Able to read, write and fluently communicate in English.

+ Successful results of completed Post Offer Assessment Test and Post Offer Drug Test required.
