Position Description

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Account Services Administrator for our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for handling invoicing and performing tasks to improve the current accounts receivable functions within the organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-\tPlacing calls and e-mails to agents and dealers regarding outstanding accounts receivable balances-\tResearch and solve payment discrepancies-\tReview open accounts for collection efforts -\tProcess electronic payments-\tBuild, strengthen and maintain positive business relationships by establishing rapport with customers

Requirements

High School Diploma~^~1+ years of clerical or administrative work preferred~^~Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products and related software~^~Strong data entry and typing skills~^~Willing to work overtime as needed during peak times
