Position: RN Supervisor

Job Status: Per Diem/Call In As Needed

Salary: Hourly Dependent on Experience

Duties:

+ Responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during their shifts and ensuring quality patient care is delivered by monitoring resident conditions

+ Delegating tasks and managing any emergencies that may arise

+ Adhere to facility policies and regulations

+ Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities to provide effective supervision on a flexible schedule

Qualifications:

+ RN License in good standing for the State of Michigan

+ BLS and ACLS required

+ 2 - 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting
