Supply Chain Supplier Engagement Analyst

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Supplier Engagement Analyst will support supplier diversity, supplier relationship management (SRM), and supplier engagement. This role requires expertise in data analysis, dashboard creation, and contract compliance auditing to ensure Asplundh meets its commitments to diverse suppliers and maintains strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

+ Subcontracting reports: Prepare and manage timely and accurate monthly subcontracting reports.

+ Certification Repository Management: Maintain up-to-date supplier certifications.

+ Supplier Engagement Reports: Compile supplier engagement and performance reports for executive leadership.

+ Supplier Relationship Management/Development: Support the development of SRM plans to meet organizational and contractual objectives.

+ Build Power BI Dashboard: Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics.

+ Contract Compliance Audits: Ensure Asplundh meets contractual subcontracting commitments and adheres to regulations.

+ Performance Reports: Prepare reports and presentations on procurement data.

+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

+ Department Collaboration: Collaborate to align procurement processes with business objectives.

+ Vendor Communication: Maintain communication between vendors and the company.

+ Supplier Research: Find supply needs and vet potential suppliers.

+ Support supply chain sustainability efforts

Skills Required

+ Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

+ Experience with supplier diversity programs and initiatives.

+ Strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.

+ Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.

+ Knowledge of data visualization tools

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation and presentation.

+ Familiarity with contract management and compliance auditing.

+ Capability to develop and maintain supplier relationships.

The Supply Chain Supplier Engagement Analyst will support supplier diversity, supplier relationship management (SRM), and supplier engagement. Qualifications

+ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in supply chain data analysis, supplier management, or related fields.

+ Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Understanding of supply chain sustainability
