    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDC Agent to be the first point of contact for potential customers and help drive business growth through outbound calls, inbound lead management, and appointment setting.

    Pay:

    - $40,000 - $60,000 annual compensation depending on skill and experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries from potential customers.

     

    - Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule sales appointments.

     

    - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

     

    - Work closely with the sales team to coordinate customer visits and ensure a seamless experience.

     

    - Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and KPIs.

     

    - Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the premium Volvo brand.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in sales, customer service (e.g., waiters/waitresses, cell phone sales reps, etc.), or business development preferred (automotive experience a plus).

     

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    - Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.

     

    - Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

     

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
