Overview
Position Summary:
Provides general office and administrative support for the account. The Administrative Assistant also performs front desk responsibilities, customer service and multiple projects, ensuring compliance to company policies, client and vendor contracts.
**Compensation:** $21 - $26 HR
_The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program._
**Schedule:** 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
• Front Desk: Greet and direct visitors; screen and direct phone calls as appropriate.
• Recruitment: Candidate screening and new hire onboarding.
• Payroll: Review and auditing; submission and paycheck distribution.
• Fleet Management Coordinator: Liaison for vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Safety Coordinator: Liaison for Safety Work Observation Program and Quality Inspections, ensuring compliance to monthly goals and incident reporting.
• Supplies: Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Training: Coordinate team member and front-line leadership trainings.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate office and employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, vendors and all levels of management and staff.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, thinking strategically and functioning independently.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients and regulatory authorities.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.
Physical Demands:

• Individual is required to operate office equipment: Desktop / Laptop, Copier, Printer, Fax Machine.
• Individual may be required to stand, seat and walk for the majority of the work shift.
• Individual may be required to lift up to 25 pounds for the majority of the work shift.
• The position is located on a college campus. Performance of job duties involves going up/down steps, ramps, elevators, including crossing campus streets between assigned buildings.
