    Be the Backbone of Mission-Critical Systems

     

    As a FileMaker Developer, you'll play a central role in building, maintaining, and evolving a large in-house FileMaker solution that supports both internal operations and external customer interactions. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to enhance user experience, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity.

    What You’ll Do

    + Design, develop, and maintain FileMaker applications tailored to MRO shop floor operations

    + Write complex scripts, calculations, and workflows to streamline business processes

    + Integrate FileMaker with third-party systems, APIs, and databases

    + Troubleshoot and debug applications to maintain reliability and accuracy

    + Train and support end-users with clear documentation and responsive assistance

    + Collaborate with developers and IT professionals on architecture, security, and interface design

    + Stay up to date on the latest FileMaker features, tools, and best practices

    + Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications

    + Strong experience with FileMaker Pro development, including scripting, calculations, and layout design

    + Deep understanding of relational databases and best practices in database design

    + Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance productivity

    + Experience managing access controls and security protocols

    + Excellent analytical and communication skills

    + A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

    Preferred Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience as a FileMaker Developer

    + Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL

    + FileMaker certification (preferred but not required)

    + Experience integrating FileMaker with other enterprise platforms

    **Pay Details:** $70.00 to $115.38 per hour
