Reports To: Creative Manager

The Senior Designer translates our brand strategy into compelling, guest-centric creative assets across all relevant digital, print and in-store channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Translates the brand strategy needs into compelling creative across all internal needs.

+ Helps develop Designers and Graphic Artists.

+ Collaborates internally with the marketing department as well as cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across all relevant platforms.

+ Communicates and troubleshoots with external vendors.

+ Submits creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget.

+ Creatively seeks out new products and seeks innovative industry knowledge.

+ Works collaboratively when needed with agency partners.

+ Regular, timely attendance in compliance with work schedule.

+ Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. + Four-year related degree and a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.

+ Possesses strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad conceptual thinker.

+ Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Works well with tight deadlines in a team environment.

+ Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

+ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML, WordPress, andmotion graphics a plus.
