JOB SUMMARY

Kemps has immediate job openings for well-versed machine operators to perform an array of functions including operating CIP system and cleaning all equipment in processing area; cleaning outside of all equipment, floors, pipes, pumps, control panels; reassemble and prepare equipment for processing; break & cool all products; running pH tests on cultured products and carrying out attending procedures; changing vats for packaging lines; filling totes; completing PASS sheets; and other duties as assigned.

OUR MACHINE OPERATOR FOR THIS POSITION MAKES:

+ Rate per hour $29.02

+ At 12 months - $31.02

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 3:00PM - 11:00PM (8hrs)

Requirements

+ Basic math skills

+ Must be willing to accept responsibility and follow procedures

+ Must be able to learn and understand CIP system functions

+ Must be willing to abide by all sanitary ethics in making products

+ Must have good attendance record

+ Must be willing to comply with all GMP’s, sanitary rules and regulations.

+ Must follow Kemps Safety rules and policies.

+ Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

+ Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment

+ May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals

+ Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
