    PeaceHealth is seeking a full time Physician & Clinician Recruitment Specialist.

     

    Are you a passionate recruiter with a knack for connecting top healthcare talent with meaningful careers? PeaceHealth is looking for a **Physician & Clinician Recruitment Specialist** to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in **OR, WA, or AK** who are ready to make a difference in healthcare.

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and clinicians across PeaceHealth’s network.

    + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.

    + Source top talent using innovative tools, networks, and high-touch engagement.

    + Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and candidate pipelines.

    + Screen, interview, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring experience.

    + Represent PeaceHealth at recruitment events and build long-term talent pipelines.

    + Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • What You Bring:

    + 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred).

    + Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

    + Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.

    + Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

    + Knowledge of employment laws, STARK/Anti-Kickback regulations, and union environments.

    + Preferred: CPRP, PHR, SPHR, RACS, or RACR certifications.

    The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $77,584 – $116,313 annually. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
