Overview: Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Accounts Payable and ERP systems? We are looking for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst to support our client’s financial systems, both legacy and next-gen as part of a major transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to be positioned directly with the client manager and make a visible impact in a high-profile modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide day-to-day support for the PeopleSoft Payables system, including issue troubleshooting, PeopleTools upgrade testing, and assisting tech analysts with incoming requests.

+ Support the Coupa Accounts Payable system and related modules (Invoicing, Suppliers, Coupa Pay).

+ Serve as a Technology Analyst (TA) on the ERP Financials Modernization project, migrating from PeopleSoft Payables to Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables.

+ Conduct detailed fit/gap analyses, define requirements, and contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation.

+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, functional teams, and technology groups to ensure effective solutions and timely delivery.

Required Skills:

+ Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes and workflows.

+ Strong background as a Finance Technology Analyst, particularly on large-scale ERP implementations.

+ Proven ability to analyze, design, test, and implement ERP solutions.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – able to clearly articulate business needs and technical solutions.

Preferred Experience:

+ Experience with PeopleSoft Payables

+ Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables

+ Familiarity with Coupa (Procure-to-Pay – Invoicing, Suppliers, Coupa Pay)
