The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, implementation, and management of Duck Creek applications while ensuring seamless coordination between the onshore client and the offshore delivery team. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to act as the primary liaison between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) at the onshore client location, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

+ Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Duck Creek applications.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

+ Coordinate with the offshore delivery team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

+ Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

+ Provide technical leadership, guiding teams on Duck Creek application architecture and integration.

+ Ensure quality assurance and adherence to agile methodologies in project execution.

+ Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.

+ Past experince in other insurance package solutions like Guidewire, Majesco, Sapiens is a Plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of relevant experience in Duck Creek application architecture and project management. Overall 10+ years of IT Experience.

+ Strong understanding of Duck Creek Technologies, including Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.

+ Experience in leading onshore-offshore teams and managing global delivery models.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

+ Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

+ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide strategic solutions.
