    Job Summary

    Join us in shaping the future of the largest broadband network in the U.S. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Specialist to support the development of next-generation technologies like DOCSIS, Fiber, AI, and Edge Compute. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your product management skills while contributing to innovative network solutions that power millions of connections.

    As a Specialist 3, you’ll work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to help execute product strategies, conduct research, and support the delivery of impactful network products. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about technology.

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Support Product Initiatives: Assist in the execution of product strategies and initiatives across technologies such as DOCSIS, Fiber, AI, and Edge Compute.

    + Collaborate on Product Development: Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to support the planning and delivery of network products.

    + Maintain Product Documentation: Help track product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.

    + Conduct Research & Analysis: Gather and analyze market data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform product decisions.

    + Assist with Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders to support alignment and transparency

    + Track Network Product Metrics: Collect and interpret data to help monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

    + Stay Current on Technology Trends: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry developments relevant to broadband and network innovation.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (internships or co-ops welcome)

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Basic understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies

    + Comfortable working with data and using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or analytics platforms

    + Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
