    What You'll Do:

    + Proven ability to lead the development of innovative ad experiences, managing the full product lifecycle—from defining requirements and conducting research to writing technical specs, overseeing development, and measuring success through KPIs.

    + Experience driving product enhancements by aligning business and technical needs, analyzing data, translating insights into initiatives, and managing rollout strategies and risks.

    + A track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities with business goals, and securing executive buy-in.

    + A forward-looking perspective informed by industry and competitive analysis, identifying trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

    + Strategic thinking supported by domain expertise and market insights, enabling the creation of compelling business cases and innovation roadmaps.

    + A collaborative spirit that thrives in cross-functional environments, especially when partnering with advertising sales and retail teams to deliver high-impact ad experiences.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field/MBA a huge plus!

    + 1+ years of experience in retail or march or adtech experience is a plus.

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Product Management.

    + **Experience with customer data platforms**

    + Passionate about solving complex problems

    + Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize

    + Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically

    + Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally

    + Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your teams products.

    Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
