    What you'll do...

     

    Our team focuses on analyzing business processes, recommending innovative solutions, and implementing changes that align with our strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, Marketplace Strategic Initiatives, you'll directly contribute to our mission of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    What Youll Do:

    + Lead strategic business process improvement projects

    + Analyze and identify solutions to outdated processes

    + Establish requirements for organizational changes

    + Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules

    + Communicate progress and influence stakeholders effectively

    What Youll Bring:

    + Expertise in process improvement and problem-solving methodologies

    + Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques

    + Ability to analyze financial and technological factors

    + Excellent influential communication and stakeholder management skills

    + Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
