    Position Overview

What you’ll be doing:In our Operations Management Trainee (OMT) program, you will participate in a training program that consists of technical training, leadership development, and professional development. We provide our OMT’s with opportunities to apply their skills and knowledge to projects within the workplace.

     

    Upon completion of the program, trainees will interview for open positions that best match their talents and interests. Typical opportunities include Process Engineering, Project Engineering or Process Improvement Engineering roles.

     

    There are many success stories that have resulted for this program, and most graduates have gone on to hold leadership positions across the company. Job Requirements:

     

    + Cumulative GPA 2.5 or higher

    + Bachelors Degree --- preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or other technical related disciplines.

    + Co-op or intern experience preferred
