The Medicine Residency Program at South Pointe Hospital is looking to add a Program Manager II to the team. This position will manage the Internal Medicine Residency Program at South Pointe. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the coordination of medical student rotations that included housing, orientation, and onboarding. In this role you will interact with the Ohio University liaison for arranging required and elective rotations for their medical students.
A caregiver in this position works 7:00am-3:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
+ Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
+ Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities.
+ Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
+ Participate in budgetary processes.
+ Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
+ Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
+ Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
