    Manager of Services - Residential

     

    Mozaic (a chapter of Arc NY) is looking for a full-time Manager of Residential Services in Auburn, NY .

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    As a key leader, you'll provide direct supervision to Site Supervisors and ensure strong oversight of day-to-day operations across designated program areas. You'll play a vital role in upholding regulatory compliance-including Corporate Compliance and HIPAA-while promoting the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support. Your work will involve close collaboration with other departments to ensure services are person-centered, high quality, and aligned with individual and agency goals.

     

    You'll take charge of managing program budgets, overseeing individual funds, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. As a passionate advocate, you'll champion the rights, dignity, and inclusion of those we serve-empowering them to thrive within their communities. You'll ensure staff are well-trained, environments are safe and welcoming, and operations run smoothly-from daily logistics to vehicle and safety compliance.

     

    Beyond daily oversight, you'll help shape the future of services by participating in agency committees, contributing to innovative initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement throughout our programs.

    Manager of Residential Services Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree required

     

    Experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred

     

    Three years' supervisory or leadership experience

    Manager of Residential Services Schedule :

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

     

    Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week

     

    Salary Range : $63,200 - $72,700
