MISSION
Working under the direct supervision of the Global Procurement Director, the Associate Procurement Systems Analyst provides level one functional support for multiple procurement systems to ADP associates.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO:** Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
+ Provide level one functional support for multiple procurement systems to ADP Associates, including but not limited to: Concur Expense, Coupa Contingent Workforce and Archer Contract Management System.
+ Triage all support cases submitted through the Salesforce.com case management system and research, resolve or escalate cases as appropriate.
+ Identify system problems with a concise, but thorough outline of the problem and supporting documentation within the case management system. This includes following each problem through to its resolution and keeping management informed of critical issues. Analyzes problems and makes recommendations on resolution or potential enhancements.
+ Respond to e-mailed inquiries for support.
+ Assist in periodic, instructor-led training to Associates.
+ Create and maintain all support, business process documentation across all systems under area of responsibility.
+ Participate in the testing of system functionality as needed.
+ Analyze support case trends and provide management with detailed reports.
+ Document, track, and report on support cases to ensure timely resolutions.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Required Qualifications_
+ 1 - 3 years of customer service experience is required.
+ 1 - 3 years of computing help desk experience is preferred.
+ Knowledge of eProcurement Systems is a plus.
+ Knowledge of business/contract issues and a basic understanding of competitive product/services, technology and industry issues is a plus.
+ Intermediate knowledge of administrative (Microsoft Office) software required.
+ Advanced knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Cisco WebEx is a plus.
+ Fluency in English is required.
+ Outstanding English verbal and written communication, time management, and follow up skills are essential to the high degree of interaction with ADP associates and suppliers.
+ Must demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of changing business environments.
+ Must have the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with daily operational responsibilities.
+ Must be detail oriented and a problem solver.
