The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven **Deputy Program Manager (DPM)** to support the strategic and operational success of a high-impact program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of program initiatives, resolving operational challenges, and serving as a key bridge between technical and functional teams. The DPM will work closely with the Program Manager to drive alignment across Program Operations, PMO oversight, Resource Management, and Risk Management efforts. This position also ensures that all technical processes and project deliverables meet customer expectations and contractual obligations—especially across multiple delivery orders. The ideal candidate brings prior experience with the **National Cryptologic University** , excels in solving complex challenges, and consistently demonstrates excellence in program execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
The Deputy Program Manager will contribute to core program operations by:
+ Leading initiatives in cost optimization, schedule development and tracking, contract performance, risk mitigation, requirements analysis, and quality assurance.
+ Ensuring efficient execution of contractual deliverables with a strong emphasis on process improvement and operational effectiveness.
+ Utilizing exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage skilled technical teams, resolve issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Core capabilities and leadership functions include:
+ Partnering with the Program Manager to ensure seamless, high-quality management of all contractor efforts.
+ Developing and maintaining the Integrated Program Baseline or resource-loaded schedule for Government review and approval.
+ Leading risk analysis and mitigation planning, including budget allocation for critical issues.
+ Preparing and delivering program status reviews and executive briefings to Government leadership.
+ Ensuring interdisciplinary integration to meet Government requirements and project goals.
+ Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations in collaboration with contracts staff.
+ Influencing organizational practices, policies, and project direction beyond immediate program scope.
+ Facilitating clear and effective communication across internal teams, vendors, and Government counterparts.
+ Proactively identifying and mitigating program risks, and driving the development of actionable solutions.
+ Translating program milestones into actionable plans and ensuring successful execution.
+ Monitoring progress against key deliverables and driving alignment with performance objectives.
+ Developing and managing program budgets and ensuring sound financial performance.
+ Representing the program during regular engagements with Government personnel at designated facilities.
+ Leading stakeholder meetings to drive consensus, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
+ Provides oversight and support to multiple site locations and management of site leads in MD, HI, TX, GA, AK and UT.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ **Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph**
+ Bachelor’s degree _(An additional four (4) years of relevant, hands-on experience may be substituted for the degree)_
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading programs or contracts of comparable scope, complexity, and scale
+ At least one (1) year of experience in:
+ Requirements analysis
+ Resource planning and allocation
+ Project costing and financial oversight
+ Deliverable tracking
+ Schedule monitoring and risk control
_Desired:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language, a language-related field, Business, or Management
+ Background as a DoD foreign language professional
+ Program Management Certification such as PMP, FAC-P/PM Entry Level, or DAWIA Level 1
+ Prior experience working with the National Cryptologic University
+ Demonstrated ability to lead within high-visibility, mission-critical Government programs
+ Proven track record in navigating and delivering within complex, multi-stakeholder

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
