    Job Overview

    **Fairview** is seeking an **Emergency Medicine** physician to provide clinical care at **M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center** in Princeton, MN. M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center’s Emergency Department a Level IV Trauma center and is 17 beds, which includes 2 trauma/critical care rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms.

    Practice Details:

    + Join a team of 11 Physicians and 3 APPs

    + Average number of Emergency Department visits annually: 25,000+ 1.0 FTE

    + Shifts are 12 hours: 7a-7p, 10a-10p and 7p-7a

    + 1:3 weekends

    + Support staff of RNs, ED Techs, HUCs, and NAs

    + Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

    Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Emergency Medicine, Family medicine, Internal Medicine or similar residency training programs

    + BC/BE with American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association

    + Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure

    + Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

    + Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

    The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
