We are seeking an experienced **Forklift Driver** to join our dynamic warehouse team in **Telford, TN** . As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and accurately move and stack materials using a forklift. Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Long Term Temp to Hire

- Location: Telford, TN

- Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr

- 1st (7am-3:30pm) & 2nd (2pm-10:30pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse

- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of materials

- Move materials to and from storage areas, ensuring accurate inventory management

- Inspect and maintain the forklift, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor

- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries

- Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned, such as packaging, labeling, and organizing inventory

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Skills:

- Valid forklift operator certification not necessary, but a plus!

- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours.

- Must have experience moving large/heavy objects stacked high.

- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment

- Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and best practices

- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions accurately

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Good communication and teamwork skills
