**Rate Pay:** $16.00 an hour

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

**Employment type:** Temp-to-Perm.

What’s a typical day as a Kitting and Staging Specialist? You’ll be:

+ Prepare cell phones for deployment by installing protective cases and screen protectors.

+ Download and configure required applications onto each device.

+ Charge cell phones to ensure they are ready for immediate use.

+ Accurately label each phone and case mount with the designated User ID.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

+ Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to phone setup and application installation.

+ Track inventory of phones, cases, and accessories.

+ Meet daily and weekly kitting and staging targets.

+ Collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency.

+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Required Skills/Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Proven proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications (iOS and Android).

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

+ Basic troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Ability to lift and move boxes of cell phones and accessories (up to 25 lbs).

+ **Previous experience in a kitting, staging, or inventory management role.**

+ **Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems.**
