Kelly Services** is seeking a **Temporary Administrative Buyer's Assistant for our client in Pearl City.

+ **Location:** Pearl City

+ **Duration:** 3 months, with a possibility of extension

+ **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

+ **Starting Pay Rate:** $20 per hour

+ **Requirement:** Reliable transportation

Position Overview

As a Buyer's Assistant II, you will play a crucial role in assisting buyers with inventory inbound maintenance and management, troubleshooting service levels, and supporting various tasks involving buyers, vendors, transportation, and warehouses.

Job Description

+ **Purchase Order Entry:** Manually key punch customer order requests into the C&S order processing system.

+ **Inbound Purchase Orders Management:** Handle all aspects such as revisions, expedites, dating, securing of appointments, and routine follow-up until receipt.

+ **Communication:** Respond to calls and emails from customers, buyers, vendors, and warehouses concerning purchase orders, inventory management, transportation, and impaired inventory issues.

+ **Return Logistics Process:** Complete R-Bills and work with buyers and external parties to manage the return/disposition of impaired inventories.

+ **Reports Production & Distribution:** Generate and distribute various Procurement reports.

+ **Data Tasks:** Collect, organize, and distribute data.

+ **Project Assistance:** Participate in projects related to service level management and inventory management, as assigned by the supervisor.
