Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Horizon OS System Platforms team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Metaverse. Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager - Horizon OS Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional programs: Drive complex, high-impact programs that span multiple teams, functions, and geographies.

2. Influence technical strategy: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to shape the technical direction of our OS platform and ensure alignment with business objectives.

3. Understand technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, evolution, and develop a plan for mitigating risks and delivering features that meet the requirements across multiple products.

4. Develop and execute process improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

5. Lead the development and execution of complex programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and external partners.

7. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact program success.

8. Mentor and develop other TPMs: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help TPMs grow and develop their skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

9. B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

10. 10+ years of Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or Hardware Engineering experience.

11. Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery.

12. Demonstrated experience leading execution across highly ambiguous, complex products and programs, with experience making technical and product trade offs while balancing business needs and technical constraints.

13. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.

14. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.

15. Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.

16. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

17. Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa and expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Public Compensation:

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
