We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Demand and Order Management Senior Analyst. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer purchase orders, demand forecasts, and zero hour returned units, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This is a hybrid role located in Windsor Locks, CT or Rome, NY.
What You Will Do
+ Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Purchase orders – scheduling and tracking
+ Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer demand forecast
+ Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Zero Hour Returned Units
+ Support Program Office and Operations Teams
+ Support SI&OP team – Demand Reviews
+ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
+ Adhere to and comply with Stand Work Processes
+ Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
What You Will Learn
+ Master the intricacies of managing and tracking customer purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment.
+ Develop a deep understanding of customer demand forecasting.
+ Learn to manage and process zero-hour returned units, gaining insights into product lifecycle management and the challenges associated with returns and repairs.
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field

+ SAP Experience
+ Excel skills and experience with other Microsoft Office tools
+ Communicating with external customers and internal stakeholders
+ Experience generating reports and presenting to others

**Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
