Description:

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team at Hill Air Force Base, Utah\! The F\-22 Ogden Supply Support Liaison will be a Lockheed Martin point of contact regarding Total Asset Visibility \(TAV\) for F\-22 Depot and Modification work performed at the site\. Our team is responsible for coordinating efforts to order and deliver spares and repair assets to support the US Air Force F\-22 aircraft modification and heavy maintenance requirements at Hill Air Force Base, Utah\.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the day\-to\-day efforts in support of F\-22 program requirements\.

• Fully utilize the F\-22 program and company systems to accomplish TAV in support of company and customer operational requirements\. In doing so, the employee will have the ability to direct, redistribute, re\-order and coordinate asset movement within the pool of program assets that will best support immediate and forecasted needs\.

• In fulfilling this responsibility, may contribute to development and provisioning data, cataloging, requirements determination, and the associated ordering of initial/replenishment spares and modification kits/parts\.

• Will be responsible for directing and coordinating asset movement to satisfy Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts \(MICAP\) requirements not able to be filled from existing stock\.

• Assist both government and supply personnel and Items Analysts with Repair Cycle Items by providing the government with disposition instructions, as required, shipping/receipt verification for items controlled by the government, but handled through a courier, and drawings for parts without labels or markings\.

• Work within established guidelines and must have ability to work in a fast\-paced team environment where critical and tight schedules are common and must be met with quality results\.

• Will be intimately involved in supporting the USAF customer for F\-22 Depot Sustainment Operations under a performance based logistics \(PBL\) contract\.

• Work to ensure adequate Repair Kits and Lay\-in material in established Statement of Works \(SSOW\)\.

• Notify IAs about major recurring problems; jointly decide course of action or refer problems to the Supply directorate\.

• Assist IAs with local information on warehoused parts, i\.e\., verify serial numbers and on\-hand quantities\. Perform additional duties as assigned by Site Manager\.

• Must be able to work Flexible Shifts as needed\.

• This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information\.

• Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance\. Must be a US citizen\.

Basic Qualifications:

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Experience with Lockheed Martin, Department of Defense/military or Government Supply Chain Management and Logistics with standard warehouse/base supply system usage experience

• Must have demonstrated leadership and organizational skills\.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools\.

• Must exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills\.

• Ability to use GOLD \(Government On\-Line Data software package\)and PRIDE \(Provisioning Relational, Integrated, and Distributed Electronic system\.\)

• Knowledge of following management systems: SAP, Advanced Planning and Scheduling System etc\. • Experience with benchmarking, depot repair, Title 10, DoD working capital, government/industry partnerships and Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\), Performance Based Logistics and third party logistics providers\.

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
