You will be the Financial Analyst Staff, joining our IRST Development & Production Team as a key member of our financial management team\. Our team delivers exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success, and we're looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst Staff, you will provide financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision\-making\. You will work in a fast\-paced environment, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals\.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Developing and providing actionable budgets and forecasts to support business decisions
•Communicating financial performance to management through effective presentation and reporting
•Managing and tracking Earned Value Management \(EVM\) implementation and program performance
•Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals
•Identifying and resolving complex financial issues, and developing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
•Creating analytical tools and reports to support financial decision\-making and program performance tracking

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with EVM reporting and analysis tools
• Strong interpersonal, written, analytical and verbal communications skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool kit\.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self\-starter/motivated individual\.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance\.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Earned Value Management \(EVM\)
• Large data analytical skills and tools knowledge such as Tableau, Cost systems \(SAP, COBRA, etc\.\) knowledge/experience
• Strong Analytical & Critical Thinking skills, Proactive problem solver
• Ability to build strong work relationships and balance tasks in a competing priority and deadline\-driven environment
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
