    THE WORK

    The NAVSUP WSS Logistics Support Representative \(LSR\) shall possess aviation supply knowledge/ experience, and must have access to information/systems \(NAVAIR, NAVSUP and OEM\) to analyze, expedite, and monitor usage of CH\-53K supply requirements\.

     

    • Liaise between PMA, MALS Supply, Fleet LSR’s, NAVSUP, CH\-53K Supportability team, and the Contractor by providing input for the updates to the Interim Support Items List \(ISIL\), Long Lead Time Item Listing \(LLTIL\), Part Provisioning List \(PPL\), Common and Bulk Item Listing \(CBIL\), Provisioning Configuration Control Number \(PCCN\) and Design Change Notices \(DCNs\)\.

    • Participate in the Spares Working Group \(SWG\) providing input for allowancing and RoR considerations as required\.

    • Track and coordinate the Contractor’s retrograde asset return for modification, overhaul or repair in support of the CH\-53K Program\. Provide periodic updates on material status to the SWG\.

    • Function as a liaison between the Contractor, Government Supportability team, IWST and the SWG on critical customer concerns related to CH\-53K aviation supply support issues\.

    • Interface with CH\-53K Supportability team to include facilitation of meetings and technical support\.

    • Track Spares shipment status of material from the Contractor\.

    • Assist the CH\-53K IWST in determining the most current item configuration to support the fleet\.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Candidate must be a self\-starter and be

    customer oriented\. Candidate must be willing to

    be on\-call 24/7 to support customer AOG

    requirements\. Candidate must be proficient in

     

    the use of Microsoft Office software\. Candidate

    must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid

    U\.S\. passport\. Candidate must be capable of

     

    obtaining/maintaining a Secret Level security clearance\.

    Candidate must be willing to travel on a minimal

    basis\. Candidate must adhere to all company

     

    and customer EH&S polices and regulation\.

     

    Candidate must have a minimum of 5\-7 years

    logistics experience and be familiar with USMC/ NAVAIR

    supply systems\. Must be willing to relocate at

     

    the needs of Field Service Operations\.

    Desired Skills:

    \- Familiarity with Sikorsky logistical systems and processes\.

     

    \- Experience with SAP as an operational user\.

     

    \- Experience with Sikorsky engineering system \(Matrix 1\)

     

    \- Ability to read and understand blue prints and aircraft bill of materials to determine configuration and effectivity\.

     

    \- Familiarity or past experience working with NAVSUP, DLA or Marine Corps fleet supply activities\.

     

    \- Familiarity/ experience with PBL relationships between DOD and OEM's\.

     

    **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 \- $179,860\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 \- $159,045\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

    **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\.

     

    \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.

     

    This position is incentive plan eligible\.
