    Job Summary

    KBR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Management Analyst to join our KBR team. This role will support the C-130 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Office with case financial management and tracking. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Funding Monitoring: Continuously monitor and track funding levels for all active cases, proactively identifying potential budget variances or shortfalls.

    + Budget Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile case budgets against actual spend, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

    + Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on case performance, providing insights to management on key financial metrics.

    + Invoice Processing & Tracking: Assist with the processing and tracking of invoices related to case expenses, ensuring proper coding and approvals.

    + Forecasting: Support the development of financial forecasts for ongoing and future cases.

    + Complete other financial management taskers as assigned.

     

    Work Environment

     

    + Location: On-site at Robins AFB, GA

    + Travel Requirements: 5-10%

    + Working Hours: Standard; seeking candidates for full-time

    Required Qualification:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    + 5+ years of experience in financial management

    + Experience working in the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center or other DoD organization is required

    + Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)

    + DoD Clearance Requirement: Secret

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

    + Self-starter with excellent communication skills

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

    + Financial Management Certification Level II
