    FMS Financial Analyst

    Job Summary:

    KBR is seeking a Mid-Level FMS Financial Analyst (Australia) to join our team. This position provides financial and business analysis support services for the integration and sustainment planning for the Australia F/A-18 (FMS) Program in Lexington Park, MD.

    Program Summary:

    The F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265) provides critical current and future capabilities in the form of total life cycle support management (cradle to grave) for the F/A-18A-D Hornet, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler weapons systems. PMA-265 is responsible for acquiring, delivering and sustaining the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft, ensuring mission success for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aviators, as well as international partners to include Australia, Canada, Finland, Kuwait, Malaysia, Spain and Switzerland.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    + Provides financial and/or accounting support to the Program Office BFM (Business Financial Manager) and other organizational support elements and other activities.

    + Performs managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, system support, financial analyses, financial tracking, and overall financial support to provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources.

    + Provides support with a variety of management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + BA with 3+ years of financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within Department of Navy.

    + Must have an active Secret Clearance.

    + Must be able to travel up to 10% to including OCONUS travel/as required by contract.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to advanced Excel skills.

    + Familiarity with FMS Financial Systems such as the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP).

    + Familiarity with Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL).

    + Familiarity with Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).

    + Familiär with Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).

    Scheduled Weekly Hours:

    + 40 hours/week

    Compensation:

    + $83,930 - $125,840

     

    The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
