The Sr. Manager, IT Software Implementation is a key leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance of the IT Solutions team, encompassing both Deployment and Support functions. This role ensures alignment with Radiometer’s enterprise goals by establishing clear team strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
The Sr. Manager, IT Software Implementation is directly accountable for team KPIs, including revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and on-time software implementations—and is expected to proactively identify and implement countermeasures when performance deviates from targets. They oversee the full lifecycle of customer-facing software projects, from discovery and scoping through installation, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
The Senior Manager also plays a critical role in talent development, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving business needs through effective hiring, coaching, and performance management. This includes leading the P4G (Performance for Growth) and D4G (Development for Growth) processes for all direct reports, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development through structured 1:1s and development planning.
This position reports to the Director, Implementation Services and is part of the IT Solutions Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Develop and execute strategic business plans for IT Solutions to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and service innovation. Align team objectives with Radiometer’s business goals, emphasizing operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
+ Lead the ITS Deployment and Support Teams to ensure timely, high-quality software installations and go-lives, while delivering exceptional customer service through effective issue resolution, adherence to KPIs, and alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
+ Drive revenue accountability within the IT Solutions team by developing and executing strategies that directly contribute to service-based revenue growth, while monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for expansion and efficiency.
+ Drive team performance through proactive management of KPIs, regularly reviewing results to identify performance gaps. Leverage the Danaher Business System (DBS) and Problem-Solving Process (PSP) to communicate critical issues, implement corrective actions, and execute continuous improvement strategies when targets are not met.
+ Build and lead a high-performing team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing talent, while managing performance and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth through structured execution of P4G (Performance for Growth) and D4G (Development for Growth) processes, including regular 1:1s, feedback, and development planning. Elevate team capabilities in project scoping, ensuring accurate understanding of customer needs and delivery of tailored, value-driven solutions.
+ Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Sales Management by supporting customer engagements, such as software demonstrations and workflow consultations, and partnering on tactical action plans for escalations and high-priority accounts. Ensure alignment across functions and manage sensitive customer communications effectively.
+ Ensure compliance and quality by driving implementation and adherence to regulatory and internal documentation standards, including service work orders, SOPs, and work instructions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 3+ years of combined experience as a Lab/Diagnostics IT Lead, Manager, or Project Manager
+ Advanced computer literacy such as database applications, networking, interfacing capabilities (ASTM, HL7, engines), middleware, data management systems, MS Office skills, IIS, SQL, Java, Software Application support and installation
+ Demonstrated strengths in communication, organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and project management and planning skills
+ Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, build trust-based relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration in dynamic environments.
+ Track record of developing talent, promoting inclusive team dynamics, and creating a positive, high-performance work culture.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel – 20%
+ Must be able to lift or maneuver 40 lbs
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Danaher Business Systems or Lean Six Sigma fundamentals
+ Hospital and Laboratory Information Systems vendors (Meditech, Epic, Cerner, Sunquest) and medical devices
+ Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
+ Degree in Project Management or Project Management Professional (PMP)

The salary range for this role is $140,000 -$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
