Position Summary:
The Sr. Marketing Manager – Channels and Analytics is a key member of the marketing leadership team and is responsible for managing a team to develop and deploy marketing content into various owned channels including email, website, social media, digital applications, etc. to support marketing campaigns. This role’s strategic scope includes developing channel capabilities to support Byline’s growth aspirations and improving the customer experience as well as marketing analytics to measure channel performance to support campaign optimizations.
Scope of Responsibilities:
+ Serves as a key partner with marketing business leads, meeting regularly to understand their line of business (LOB) “client” strategic plans, annual priorities, and goals to support execution.
+ Provides oversight and monitors best practices and competitor activities related to customer lifecycle marketing including onboarding, triggers, journeys, etc. to maximize lifetime value.
+ Directs the marketing analytics strategy to improve collection, understanding, and identification of insights from various data sources to optimize marketing campaign development and execution.
+ Manages website strategy and execution to drive acquisition, grow customer share of wallet, and build additional capabilities such as personalization.
+ In partnership with Information Technology (IT), act as a key leader in developing enterprise CRM capabilities and connect to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to optimize marketing communications.
+ Leads the partnership and acts as the primary marketing contact with Salesforce for SFMC, ensuring maximum usage of the current portfolio and leading the product enhancement roadmap.
+ Partners with internal and external agency partners as required to execute campaigns and optimizations.
+ Manages a team of direct reports including allocation of work and oversight to ensure understanding and alignment with ongoing priorities and delivery of projects on time and on budget.
1. Conducts regular one-on-one meetings as required.
2. Sets and tracks performance goals and development plans through Annual Performance Planning.
3. Conducts regular performance conversations, including formal mid-year and year-end reviews.
+ Serves as key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, projecting a role model mindset of innovation, agility, and embracing change while helping to build/strengthen a culture of camaraderie and accountability.
+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree with preference for Business, Marketing, Finance, or related degree is required.
+ 10+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing, product management, general management, and/or marketing leadership roles.
+ Experience in financial services or related industry, a plus.
+ Proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
+ Proficient with Data Analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
+ Proficient with project management platform such as Workfront, MS Project, etc.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards established goals through prioritization, delegation, and accountability, in an evolving environment.
+ Ability to articulate the vision and ideas via PowerPoint with strong communication skills, both written and presentation/verbal.
+ Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and executives on vision and marketing plans, informed and supported by data.
+ Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders, negotiating prioritization and expectations with diplomacy, managing workload appropriately for cross functional teams and delivering on what you commit.
+ Interest and enthusiasm for learning additional systems and software platforms including bank core system software for report export and analysis as needed.
+ Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for “building” (capabilities, teams, ideas, etc.)
+ Ability to think strategically and analytically, while balancing ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work through details to ensure successful execution and follow-through.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid work environment balancing main office, field/other offices, and work from home days.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation & Benefits:
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this position is between $104,000 to $150,000.
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
