Are you passionate about using data and process expertise to drive meaningful results? We’re seeking a detail\-oriented and mission\-driven Business Analyst to join our Member Outreach team\. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical lead for several high\-profile programs, including support for the TennCare Kids Program, Department of Children’s Services \(DCS\), member incentive program, and Primary Care Provider \(PCP\) reporting\. With regulatory deliverables and contract compliance, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we meet requirements—especially as the subject matter expert for TennCare Kids\. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity for collaboration with various departments within EIT & BlueCare\.

You’ll be a great match for this role if you have:

+ Experience with Medicaid plans

+ Experience utilizing queries \(SQL, Google Big Query\) to run reports

+ Strong data visualization skills using Excel and Tableau

+ Project management and UAT experience

Job Responsibilities

+ Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures\.

+ Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies\.

+ Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources\.

+ Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations\.

Job Qualifications

_Education_

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required\. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

_Experience_

+ 3 years \- Technical or operational experience required

_Skills\\Certifications_

+ Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability\.

+ Analytical and decision making abilities\.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office \(Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint\)

+ Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
