What you'll be doing
This position plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth experience for our employees when it comes to business travel and expense management. Conduct audits of expense reports and corresponding receipts to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies. Manage the corporate card program, card issuance, compliance monitoring and our delinquency process. Generate expense management reports as requested. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and eager to support internal teams with precision and care.

How you'll succeed
+ Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
+ Manage expense extract reconciliation.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel inquiries, providing guidance for booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements.
+ Manage the corporate card program, including card issuance, compliance monitoring, delinquencies, deactivating cards and employee support.
+ Partner with our Finance team to ensure accurate accounting entries.
+ Assist in refining travel and expense policies and provide training or guidance to employees as needed.
+ Manage expense audits.
+ Identify and escalate exceptions, trends, or areas for process improvement.
Who you are
+ You possess 5+ years of experience in travel coordination, expense processing, and corporate card administration.
+ You pay strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ You portray excellent communication and customer service abilities.
+ You are experienced in using Concur and translating processes into accessible knowledge base content, empowering teams with self-service resources and reducing support bottlenecks.
+ You have experience with data analysis and reporting.
+ You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
+ You understand basic accounting principles and financial records.
+ You are proficient in MS Office Suite.
_At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of_ $60,000K - $70,000K _for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
