Description
Successful candidates must have strong analytical and computer skills, be well organized, detailed oriented, have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills, be a team player, self-motivated, and have the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Monitor the Accounts Payable email account to push invoices into AP automation software
+ Verify invoice details for accuracy in AP automation software before sending to appropriate approver
+ Open mail to scan into system
+ Process expense reports from employees
+ Request appropriate documentation from new vendors
+ Respond to internal and external customer requests related to disputed invoices, outstanding checks, delinquent invoices, and payment information
+ Assist with weekly processing of checks and ACH
+ Perform other duties and special projects as needed
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
+ Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
+ Stable work history
+ Large ERP system experience
SKILLS/ABILITIES
+ Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in a high-volume environment
+ Excellent organization skills
+ Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Capable of working independently, without constant supervision
+ Commitment to excellence in customer service (internal and external)
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
+ Ability to prioritize/complete tasks and manage multiple assignments/deadlines
+ Sage Intacct experience preferred but not required
+ Yooz AP automation software experience preferred but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and to talk and hear. Employee may be occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Employee must occasionally lift, push and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to risk of infectious diseases when interacting with patients and/or family members. The employee may be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The success of HIPAA policies and procedures is dependent upon the awareness and buy-in of everyone involved in daily healthcare operations, including reporting incidents to their supervisor or directly to the HIPPA leadership.
