U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Information Architect who will contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our digital transformation journey.
The ServiceNow Information Architect at U.S. Bank is a key position within the Digital Workflow Platform Operations and Engineering team. This role is responsible for establishing ServiceNow data architecture standards and related technical evaluations, bringing in data architecture value additions, information architecture best practices and providing optimal data design recommendations to help drive our ITOM/CSDM/ITAM/ITSM program.
**Responsibilities:** Influence and gain adoption in the creation of a data model to align with the business model on the ServiceNow platform. Defining the data strategy, understanding the business and executing while influencing organizational change.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work ServiceNow experience, preferably with ITAM and ITSM modules.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, API integration and web service calls.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Expert Level on Model Management, must understand the integration of all ServiceNow Modules and related Model Management components and flows between the following ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, HAM, SAM, CSDM, CMDB, APM, DPR and others)
• 6+ years professional hands-on experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model, Information Architecture, CMDB design, administration, development and operation.
• Experience leading the design/implementation of configuration driven, scalable, reliable services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about collaborating across organizational boundaries.
• Evaluates and onboards new capabilities
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow Modules (ITAM, ITOM/CMDB/Discovery/CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, Portal, Mobile and Automation).
• Training or Certifications in: CSA. CAD, CTA, CMDB Micro, Discovery Fundamentals, Playbooks, CSDM and ServiceNow Gen AI Solutions
• 5+ years professional experience with MS SQL or similar RDBMS architecture.
• Comfortable presenting complex, technical topics in an actionable manner to senior leadership.
• Deep experience working with ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM Products
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers
• Experience with Agile development methodology
_NOTE: This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00
