Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Scheduling and dispatching of Service Technicians

    + Provide Technician support

    + Working closely with customer service representatives to keep customers informed

    + Provide effective and accurate communication to technicians, management, parts department and the other dispatchers

    + Reviewing of the Technicians workload and adjusting as required

    + Monitoring of the Service Work In Process (WIP) by Technician and Scheduling to reduce downtime and WIP

    + Improve communications between the Service Department & Technicians

     

    Competencies and skills

     

    + Strong computer skills, including the ability to utilize multiple platforms including Microsoft products, ERP, vehicle GPS software and more

    + Highly effective communication through multiple avenues

    + The ability to multi-task, and bring items to completion efficiently

    + Understanding how to adapt and anticipating that in a fast-paced environment

    + The ability to schedule and route Technicians for the most efficient and effective use of billable time
