The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision for the dental clinic operations. The primary objective of these clinics is to provide people with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, severe and persistent mental illness with the care they need in a respectful and professional manner. In this role, the Clinic Manager establishes priorities for scheduled work and meeting the demands of a fast-paced clinical setting. The Clinic Manager establishes work routines and directs the daily clinic operations including medical records and billing functions, patient scheduling and overall office functions which are beneficial to the clinic and achieve the goal of providing the best comprehensive care to our patients.

The position is located supporting 2 locations: Fergus Falls and Willmar, Minnesota, working on site at the clinics with the possibility of teleworking 1day a week.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

+ Complete oversight and maintenance of workflow, staff supervision and daily activities within the dental clinic

+ Management and development of budgets following statewide accounting systems procedures

+ Guiding the performance of the clinic employees in the daily clinic operations and developing performance measures

+ Management of patient records in compliance with data privacy standards

Minimum Qualifications

+ One year of advanced administrative or office management experience, preferably in a medical or dental clinic setting, that reflects the following experience:

+ Demonstrating knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting and financial management

+ Monitoring resources and financial funds

+ Implementing practices and policies surrounding office administration

+ Maintaining accurate client records to make billing determinations, accurately bill clients and to resolve billing issues

Preferred Qualifications

+ Knowledge of Minnesota healthcare programs and private insurance requirements
