    Position: Project Finance Analyst

     

    Overview: ITC is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Director of Finance in the oversight and execution of financial activities for large, complex U.S. Government contracts. This position requires a motivated professional with strong financial acumen, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project budgeting, pricing, reporting, and financial modeling, and will bring a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support day-to-day tasks of the Director of Finance.

    + Analyze financial performance of large, complex US Government and commercial contracts.

    + Build and maintain project‐level budget and spend models for multimillion‑dollar contracts.

    + Track actuals vs. budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to the Director of Finance and project managers.

    + Prepare monthly performance dashboards (cost, schedule, estimate-at-completion) for internal and customer review.

    + Develop compliant pricing models, supporting narratives, and bases of estimate (BOEs) for large, complex proposals for US Government Agencies, prime contractors, and other organizations.

    + Validate project cost inputs such as timesheets, expense reports, and invoices for accuracy and allowability to support customer billing.

    + Review monthly project status reports and invoices prior to billing customers.

    + Generate and organize financial and schedule data for contract deliverables.

    + Prepare presentations for project control and proposal pricing briefings.

    + Assist in preparation of subcontractor Requests for Proposal (RFPs).

    + Analyze and support negotiation of subcontractor price proposals and agreements.

    + Analyze and support execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, and modifications.

    + Identify process bottlenecks in budgeting, reporting, or pricing workflows and recommend automation or template enhancements.

    + Complete assignments of a confidential nature, which may include sensitive issues and special projects.

    + Perform research on a wide variety of subjects in order to provide senior leadership necessary materials and information.

    + Other tasks as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 0-5 Years of Related Experience

    + Bachelor’s in finance, mathematics, engineering, economics, data analytics, or related STEM discipline.

    + US Citizenship

    + Strong quantitative reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

    + Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel
