    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Sales Desk Professional for a commercial vehicle supplier in Hebron, KY. This position is client-facing and involves processing and managing customer orders and developing customer relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating and/or adjusting delivery dates with customers, ensuring continuity in supply, reporting customer order fulfillment, resolving logistic claims, and cooperating with production & material planning teams.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Experience working in Business to Business Order Entry/Order Management

     

    -Experience working for a company that sells a product

     

    -Experience fielding customer requests via phone call and email

     

    -Understanding of shipping terms Sales experience within a call center environment.

     

    Automotive industry experience.

     

    Experience using Salesforce and/or New Voice Media.

     

    Advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting).

     

    Experience with ERP systems (order side, not procurement side).

     

    Experience with MRP systems. null
