    Our client, in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting various operational processes.

     

    **Job Title:** Forklift Operator

    **Location:** Plainfield, IN

    **Pay Range:** $17.50 - $18.75 an hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker.

    + Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements.

    + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

    + Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    + Must have 6-8 months recent Reach Truck experience along with other equipment experience.

    + Basic skills in material handling and logistics.

    + Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
