Our client, a leading organization in workforce development, is seeking a Career Coach to join their team. As a Career Coach, you will be part of the Career Services department supporting individuals in their journey towards self-sufficient employment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others.

**Job Title:** Career Coach

**Location:** Tampa, FL

**Pay Range:** $18 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate services to customers including the development and tracking of applications

+ Work with local youth as they start their internship, teaching basic employment etiquette

+ Monitoring and tracking a caseload of youth employees on an Excel database, ensuring all of the proper documentation is complete.

+ Mentor youth through the interview process

What's Needed?

+ Valid Florida's Driver's License.

+ Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.

+ Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
