Our client, a global leader in precision power conversion and control solutions, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Test Technician

**Location:** Vancouver, WA

**Pay Range:** $18.00 to $26.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment to meet production schedules and performance standards.

+ Utilize test procedures, drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructions to test and troubleshoot units.

+ Communicate openly and effectively in a professional manner.

+ Maintain fixturing and perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

+ Document test results accurately and assist in training other employees in established processes.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.

+ Soldering skills and basic electro/mechanical assembly skills.

+ Component identification and the ability to read technical assembly documentation and schematics.

+ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SAP.

+ 1+ years of manufacturing electronic test technician experience preferred.
