Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team.
**Job Title:** Sr. Project Manager
**Pay Range:** Competitive
What's the Job?
+ Lead IT projects from start to finish, including implementation and customization of commercial off-the-shelf insurance software applications.
+ Manage three or more projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
+ Build and maintain project schedules using MS Project/Project Server, ensuring they are effort-driven and auto-scheduled.
+ Anticipate, identify, and manage project risks, issues, and decisions, escalating as necessary.
+ Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
+ 5 to 7+ years of current project management experience delivering IT projects with a minimum budget of $150K.
+ Strong experience in managing budgets and project financials, including reconciling invoices and timekeeping.
+ Proven ability to deliver IT projects from start to finish, with experience in software development life cycle (SDLC).
+ PMP Certification is preferred, but candidates without one will be considered.
