    Job Description

    A Facility Management client of Insight Global is seeking a Buyer to join the Procurement team and help support the day-to-day responsibilities within the Procure to Pay platform. The Buyer will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes and oversee daily invoices. This person will also be involved in P2P pricing, handling daily invoice reconciliations, and supporting the overall tech migration from BuySmart to Coupa. This role requires being on-site three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in Houston, Texas, and will have an hourly pay ranging from $23 to $31 an hour.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant work experience

    1+ years of Procurement or Buyer experience and end-to-end procurement

    1 + years of experience or knowledge of creating requisitions and purchase orders

     

    Proficient in Excel for Vlookups and data entry

     

    Experience and/or knowledge of Procure-to-Pay Software Experience with Oracle Cloud

     

    Experience creating a minimum of 20+ PO a day or 150+ weekly

     

    Coupa or Buysmart P2P experience

     

    Experience with service now ticketing systems

    Fluent in Spanish null
