Our client, a small critical access hospital in North Idaho, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of the healthcare team supporting patient care in a supportive and tight-knit environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Family Nurse Practitioner

**Location:** Kellogg, Idaho

**Pay Range:** $110,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

+ Provide comprehensive patient care in a family practice setting.

+ Manage a patient load of 14 per day, with a goal of 18.

+ Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant and front desk staff for efficient patient flow.

+ Perform procedures such as injections and wound care, with training provided.

+ Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rural health.

+ Ability to work 3-4 days a week with 10-hour shifts.

+ Experience with Cerner CommunityWorks EMR system is a plus.

+ Willingness to participate in an interview process that includes a community tour.

+ Strong commitment to patient-centered care and community involvement.
