Our client, a leader in the software industry, is seeking a Customer Service Onboarding Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new software customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Onboarding Specialist
**Location:** North Kingstown, RI
**Pay Range:** $20-$25/hr
What's the Job?
+ Welcome new ESPRIT customers and guide them through the onboarding process.
+ Provide support via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assist with product installs and license activations.
+ Educate customers on ESPRIT Web community tools and resources for an enhanced user experience.
+ Coordinate with internal teams such as Applications Engineering and Sales to ensure continuity of support.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
What's Needed?
+ 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service or technical support roles.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
