**Pay Rate:** Up to $28.00/hour (DOE)
Position Overview:
Manpower is hiring a **Communications Administrator** to support internal communications for a top-tier manufacturing facility in Longmont, CO. This is a one-year, full-time, on-site contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong technical writing skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful employee engagement experiences.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Internal Communications US Sites Lead and assist with developing and executing internal communications initiatives across several U.S. sites, including locations in Colorado, California, and Minnesota.
What You’ll Do:
+ Support the development and implementation of internal communication programs that promote alignment, engagement, and understanding across U.S. sites.
+ Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to help execute communication strategies that connect employees to business goals.
+ Develop and maintain editorial calendars for site-specific and national communications.
+ Serve as the on-site communications lead at employee engagement events—capturing moments through photography and videography, and managing post-event follow-up communications.
+ Equip employee clubs, subject matter experts, and internal influencers with tools and guidance to support high-quality, aligned messaging.
+ Engage with stakeholders and team leads to collect feedback and insights, ensuring continuous improvement in communication efforts.
+ Identify and help resolve potential risks or barriers to communication and change adoption.
About You:
+ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
+ Comfortable occasionally working across time zones to support national communication efforts.
+ Strong ability to think strategically and align local activities with broader communication goals.
+ Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
+ Emotionally intelligent with a collaborative and diplomatic approach.
Your Background Includes:
+ Experience in communications, ideally internal communications or employee engagement.
+ A keen interest in new communication technologies and innovations (e.g., GenAI).
+ Proven ability to support leadership in crafting and delivering employee communications.
+ Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
+ Background in process development and project management.
+ Exposure to corporate or manufacturing environments (experience in multinational settings is a plus).
+ Familiarity with digital tools such as content management systems, email templates, and reporting dashboards.
+ Basic ability to report on communication metrics and outcomes.
+ Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
